Throwing in the towel...almost.

So - what's the definition of a Christian teenageclub, anno 2005?... Someone please enlighten me!

Right now it's been 15minutes since my last meeting with our two leaders, and I can't really say it was the best. I really don't know why I planned this meeting - I think the two main reasons were a) to evaluate how the year has been, and b) what about next year? Maybe the meeting was planned more for myself, because I felt like our club is becoming abit - hmm - or perhaps more like, it lacks visions? goals? purpose? But then again I felt like it was an issue that needed to be discussed with all three of us. - I don't know if I'm surprised or sad to hear their version of what this club should be like, because that' wasn't my view of what I wanted it to be. Mainly because I think the club has developed during the three years it has existed, and from my point of view I can't see how the same old routine should be able to carry the club to a higher level (If you know what I mean). Why should I be wasting my time on something I don't believe in? What can make this club be different than any other normal club? - According to one of the leaders, the answer was that it hadn't, it was just a place where the teens could hangout and be themself - but why don't we just employ some pedagogue (spelling?) to do that? Or maybe it's just me who's wrong?
